Laruga Glaser har tränat ashtangayoga i över 20 år. Hon har fördjupat sina studier i Mysore, Indien, vid KPJAYI där grundaren Sri K. Pattabhi Jois lärde ut och där hans barnbarn R. Sharath Jois nu undervisar. Laruga har gjort mer än 14 resor till Mysore och fortsätter att lära sig och växa både som student och som lärare. Since a young age, Laruga has been fascinated with mind/body connections and spiritual philosophy which later attracted her to the practice of yoga in early 1996 after a sincere connection and study of yoga philosophy. It wasnʼt until she stumbled upon Ashtanga Yoga when she fully immersed herself into a devoted practice a few years later in 1998.

I extend the transformative practice of Ashtanga Yoga for people of of ALL backgrounds and levels of experience. Meeting each individual where they are today, I share my dedication and love of practice to those inspired and willing. Laruga Glaser seems to be in her forties right now but we are not sure about her exact age. There is also no official Wikipedia page under her name. We have no idea if she is married or not as she has never hinted us about her husband.
